Shipping
We pack your order as soon as possible, which is within 1 to 3 business days. During new releases, we might need a couple of days more to ship everything out.
Depending on your shipping address, delivery times may vary.

Packaging
We only use biodegradable, recycled or used packaging materials.
Return Policy (in-store purchases)
Items bought in our store at the Stadhoudersweg 95D in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
Return Policy (online purchases)
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased online, you may return it. Keep in mind the following conditions:
• Return the items within 14 days after you received your order.
• Returning is at your own cost.
• If you live outside the EU, import fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your return total
• Items should be returned in their original packaging with labels attached.
• Use a trackable shipping service, to guarantee the arrival of your returned item. We are not responsible for losses during shipment.
• When returned items are received in good condition and processed you wil be notified by email. From the moment this email is sent, it can take up to 3 business days for the money to be refunded on your bank account.
• It is also possible to return online purchased items in our shop at the Stadhoudersweg 95D in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, during opening hours.
Return Address (for online orders)
Order can be returned to two different addresses, based on the carrier of your choice:
• PostNL send your package to: Postbus 28106, 3003 KC, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
• Otherwise: Stadhoudersweg 95D 3039 EC, Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Uncollected Pick up orders
• When you selected to pickup your order in our shop, but haven't done so within 3 months after placing your order, we automatically cancel your order. The complete order will be refunded to your bank account.
Exchanging items for a different size
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, return the item in the wrong size (with the conditions stated in our Return Policy) and make a new order for the item in the desired size.
Availability of items
Due to the limited stock in our webshop, it might occur that items are no longer available. Occasionally it happens that items are sold in our physical shop before online orders are packed. In this case you get your money back for the items that are no longer available.
